Rivalry Developing Between Kawhi Leonard & LeBron James?

Rivalries are a huge part of sports. Each generation of the NBA is defined by their rivalry. Magic/Bird in the 80s...Jordan/Thomas in the late 80s/early 90s...Kobe/Shaq in the 2000s. 

 

There appears to be a new rivalry developing in the NBA between Kawhi Leonard and LeBron James. It's been subtle for a while now...but it's going to explode this year in the playoffs.
