Wednesday Jan 27, 2021
Wednesday Jan 27, 2021
Relationships can be very delicate. One thing most people can agree on when it comes to relationships...there's no coming back from cheating. Once one party in the relationship breaks that trust...in most cases...it's impossible to come back from.
That's exactly what happened last season between the Philadelphia Eagles and Carson Wentz. The Eagles cheated on Wentz with Jalen Hurts...and their relationship has never been the same and could be irreparably damaged.
But...do the Philadelphia Eagles even want Carson Wentz back next season? We explain how some of the moves the Eagles have made could signal they're moving on from their franchise quarterback.
We also explain why Carson Wentz needs a fresh start outside of Philadelphia...and why it's critical he lands in a good situation next season.

John Harbaugh Could Be Ruining Career of Lamar Jackson
Friday Jan 22, 2021
Friday Jan 22, 2021
The Baltimore Ravens are facing a big decision this offseason. Lamar Jackson has clearly outplayed his rookie contract...and is eligible for a big money contract extension. We saw both Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson get their extensions last summer...and now Lamar Jackson is eligible for his.
However...is he worth over $40 million per season? Recent comments made by John Harbaugh indicate that the Ravens aren't changing their run-heavy offense. Harbaugh doesn't seem interested in developing his young quarterback into a proficient pocket passer.
Is this sustainable? Can Lamar Jackson have a long-term career in the NFL as a run first quarterback? History tells us his style of play isn't sustainable...and John Harbaugh could be hurting the career of Lamar Jackson.

We explain why Philip Rivers is not a Hall-of-Fame quarterback. Yes...his statistics are right up there with the all-time great quarterbacks. However...stats can be misleading...and Philip Rivers is missing a couple of accomplishments that other all-time great in the Hall-of-Fame have.
We list those qualifications...and compare Rivers to Eli Manning. Both were drafted in 2004...and you could make the argument Rivers was a better quarterback overall. However...on two different occasions...Manning had career defining playoff runs...which Rivers never had.
